There are hundreds if not thousands of the public that are being ripped off by My Hermes Parcel Company.

A parcel is bought with tracking & insurance, then people are left without a clear way to get there money back or contact My Hermes . So no , virtually no help at all.

What is the purpose of tracking & insurance , when parcels are mysteriously signed for when nobody is in & it can take months to get your money back. The  insurance is not fit for purpose!!

Children's/Families  Christmas presents going missing with little chance of recovery.

Then your everyday eBay sellers losing there livelihood again with no compensation due to Hermes shoddy practises !!
