Further to my previous updation I observe that the talks have failed and the UFBU has resorterd direct action that is strike call by serving employees.What we retirees can do now . We have two options .1 opting legal course for our demands .2.  Sign my petition. Legal recourse is very time consuing and need finance. It may take years. So most easy and costless one is signing my online petition to finance minister. I am pleased to know that my petition is supported by 12462 bank pensioners so far.. During the negotiations the IBA has not shown any interest towards our pension updation. So I feel that our demand is not going to be considered even if the bipartite is settled. So immediate course open to bank poensioners to show our displeasure to the finance ministry by signing this petition. So all bank pensioners who has so far not signed  so far please join this petition by online signature.
