Compensate healthcare workers fairly! Hospitals and healthcare providers in the Philippines, among other places, make a profitable amount of money yet they do not always pay, treat or compensate their workers fairly. 

Filipino nurses struggle at work, let alone have to provide for their families with ridiculously small wages. On average Filipino nurses make ₽12,500 pesos ($250 USD) per month. Nurses in the Philippines suffer from income inequality mainly because employers take advantage of them and force them to work 12-16 hour shifts with no financial compensation to match the overtime hours worked.
