Please Google the meaning of "Old Nick"
One of the points in the Brethren's submission to the Planning Inspectorate, which they hope will help to overturn the Councils decision asserts that their present meeting hall is........
"not part of the traditional townscape in the immediate local area" and "does not form the same streetscape with the residential area beyond, this provides an opportunity for the site to develop it's own character"
If I understand this correctly their point is that as the present meeting hall already differs from the surrounding area, a new development of 3 to 7 storey square blocks providing 178 dwellings, will not be a significant difference to what is there at the moment! Ludicrous!
Once again I'm asking all objectors ~ who are residents of Harrow ~ to write, even if you have done so already, before April 11th to highlight our concerns regarding the unsuitability of this development.
Write giving the following information: LBH Appeal No: P/1492/20/6002 to https://acp.planninginspectorate.gov.uk or by letter to:-
The Planning Inspectorate, Temple Quay House, 2 The Square Bristol, BS1 6PN
