After Police involvement, the proprietor finally admitted that Bo had been at these kennels all along and had not in fact been rehomed nor 'promised to someone else'. She then demanded £300 from Bo's owner, £170 above the stray fees because she believed Bo's owner couldn't afford £300. When Bo's owner went with the money to collect her, she was denied access and someone else had to go in to collect Bo. Surely in any other walk of life this is extortion? However the proprietor believes she is above the law and has posted that Fife council endorse her! The proprietor has continued to post vile statements & send malicious messages about the owner on Facebook and I'm afraid it does look like employees of Fife council are indeed endorsing and condoning this woman's behaviour. Thankfully Bo is now home recovering from her ordeal, her owner states she is underweight and was starving but at least she will now get a decent meal. Meantime the fight to stop this monster goes on.
