Hello, I'm Evelyn Herring a future student of Arlington high School.  I come from a school that had a strong FFA program. Through this I have seen how FFA can have a positive effect on all students. I have watched as many students from all across the state of Tennessee have made connections and friendships that will last a lifetime. I've watched as students including myself have reconnected with nature and found a love for stuff and never would have without the help of FFA. This national program has brought people of all different backgrounds, cultures, religions, and more all together. It helps to foster healthy competition between schools and helps to push students forward into new experiences. From building leadership to connecting to those all across the state and FFA program would be extremely beneficial to Arlington high School. If you are interested in joining the FFA or believe that FFA would help improve the school environment and broaden horizons please help me establish one by signing this petition.
