We, the Ferrari Formula 1 fans urge Scuderia Ferrari to rethink its Formula 1 leadership and to replace Fred Vasseur as Team Principal.

Ferrari is one of the historic and successful teams in Formula 1. Ferrari has the money, talent, drivers and technical skill to fight for championships. The results and overall progress have not met the standards that Ferrari fans expect.

Why we are calling for change

1. Lack of championship progress

Ferrari’s goal should be fighting for World Championships not just staying competitive. After seasons under the leadership Ferrari fans deserve to see clear and steady improvement in results.

2. Race execution and strategy

Ferrari has repeatedly faced criticism for decisions, race management and execution. Small mistakes can cost points and championships are often decided by these details.

3. Ferrari needs stronger leadership

Ferrari needs a Team Principal who can create a winning environment hold the whole team accountable and turn Ferrari’s resources into championship success.

4. The pressure of being Ferrari

Ferrari is not a F1 team. Ferrari carries the expectations of millions of fans around the world. The leadership must reflect the ambition and history of the Scuderia.

Our demand

We are asking Ferrari to evaluate Fred Vasseur’s performance as Team Principal. If the team decides that a change is needed, appoint a leader capable of taking Ferrari back, to the top of Formula 1.

We believe Ferrari has everything needed to win: world‑class drivers, engineers, facilities, resources and an incredible fanbase.

Now we need the leadership to turn that potential into championships.
