Sunkist Fruit Gems have been enjoyed by all since their introduction to the candy market 70 years ago. They have become particularly beloved in the American Jewish community where they are quintessential piece of ceremonies like bar / bat mitzvahs and aufrufs, holidays like Purim, and a Hebrew school treat. They are delicious, kosher, and a generational tradition.

Unfortunately, current Sunkist Fruit Gems manufacturer Ferrara has decided to stop manufacturing the candy due to “lack of consumer demands across the country” (Jay Deitcher, eJewishPhilanthropy). Please sign this petition to let Ferrara know how important these candies are to our community and that we would like them to reconsider their decision and start making them again!
