While I see this as good news (response to my earlier email and update today)- I shall let you read into the details to check if your understanding is the same and to extend this invitation to join me on 7th Mar at 4:00 PM at Surin Park.

Dear Ms. Neo HuiYing,

Thank you for your email and response. We are glad to hear that you have determined the alternative location and we take it as this location is indeed pre-approved by the NParks committee responsible for this project. Please let us know otherwise so that we are crystal clear, and on the same page (to avoid misinterpretations). If I read this correctly, it sounds like this is pre-approved and you are proceeding with the dog-run construction at the alternative location within Surin Park, and that is good news to all of us in general. 

Kindly note that you had originally proposed 7th March Tue at 4:00 pm and I had counter-proposed for 6:30 pm the same day (email below on 28th Feb) and not for 14 Mar 6:30 pm as your email indicates otherwise. 

Hence, I shall be extending this invitation to other members as well (being a work day, it might be difficult for the majority before 6:00 pm any day). However, let us please go ahead with the 7th March 4:00 pm time slot (which I re-validated and you have confirmed as available over WhatsApp) and I will contact you at least one day in advance if I cannot join (as I am rescheduling my work appointments now) or if there shall be a delegate representing the petition/petitioners otherwise.

This is a new update following my earlier request and email. I am hence sharing this with you for your consideration (I am sure this a short notice for you too, so I'll understand that you might not be able to accommodate this request).

Thank you for your email. To clarify, we have determined based on our feasibility study, a suitable alternative location at Surin Ave Neighbourhood Park for the dog run to be constructed. We would like to engage interested members of the community to share about our plans before we proceed to construct the dog run.
