Good morning USF community. I apologize for the delay in my update post, but I bring fourth amazing news. The University of South Florida has informed in mass email that the construction of fencing in the parking lots, as well as begun a new mental health resource that can be accessed by students on campus. Also, they have placed a suicide awareness bench on top of the Beard Garage. This is a huge victory for bringing awareness to the mental health crisis, which is very present in our community today. Thank you all for whom shared and signed this petition, made noise or even supported a friend in crisis. If you ever feel yourself in crisis, or need any mental health resources, I will link some below. This may be the last update on this petition, however if I get any more updates I will be sure to follow up.  Thank you all again so much for helping create this change. :)  Victoria Abernathy.
