OUST ANTI-REFORMS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS: FEDERAL-PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM W/ MORE JOBS PH

OUST ANTI-REFORMS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL REFORMS: FEDERAL-PARLIAMENTARY SYSTEM W/ MORE JOBS PH
The Issue
Here in the Philippines, our system of government has been badly wounded with the changing times and globalization. We have retained the Unitary-Presidential System and within the 1987 Constitution, there is a restriction to Foreign Direct Investments, Corruption due to Political Dynasties, Illegal Drugs and Enforcement of Laws. But the major problem within the country is that:
-THE PROVINCES has stunted their growth due to the current system we are using.
- LACK OF JOBS because of less competition of businesses and because of that, OFWs has been rampant. They need to go to other countries for high paying jobs.
- Politicians rely on Popularity and not on Meritocracy.
Here is what Mr. Orion Perez Dumdum says and what the CoRRECT MOVEMENT and Pro-Reform believes:
"We here at the CoRRECT Movement say:
3-POINT AGENDA
1) We need to remove the 60/40 and other anti-FDI restrictions so that more jobs can be created in order to reduce unemployment, reduce poverty, create wealth, and end up with a much more INCLUSIVE ECONOMIC SYSTEM. (ECONOMIC LIBERALIZATION)
2) We need to shift to Federalism in order to empower the regions to make appropriate policies relating to economic development and attracting job-creating investors and businesses to come to their regions in order to reduce unemployment, reduce poverty, and create a much more INCLUSIVE SOCIETY where all regions develop their economies, not just Metro Manila ( EVOLVING FEDERALISM)
3) We need to shift to a Parliamentary System so that we have a much more MERITOCRATIC leadership-selection mechanism and have a more collegial means for policy and decision-making which is much more inclusive as opposed to "one-man unilateral", as policies are formulated based on the inputs of the members of parliament which are collected from the town-hall sessions they must conduct to get more direct inputs from their constituents. This is clearly in line with setting up INCLUSIVE POLITICAL INSTITUTIONS.(PARLIAMENTARY GOVERNMENT)"
We hope the Government Institutions hasten the Hearings, Proceedings or talks regarding the said movement.
I want my country to grow.
I want to see the next generation to become abled.
I want Fast and Reliable Transportation.
I dreamed a beautiful, prosperous Philippines.
I want Nutritional debates in the Prime Minister's Hour.
I want to have Regional Chief Ministers in our Region.
I want to have politicians who wins not by Fame, being a Celebrity or Money but she has a Party-Based Platforms.
I want more jobs to come to the Philippines so we can be with our loved ones and being an OFW is Optional.
One of the key Factors in this Agenda is the PARLIAMENTARY FORM OF GOV'T. In these countries, they are present:
Philippines (Malolos Constitution), United Kingdom, Malaysia, Indonesia, Albania, Antigua and Barbuda, Austrialia, Japan, East Timor, Barbados, Bangladesh, Bhutan, Thailand, Canada, Cambodia, Denmark, Great Britain, India, Israel, Netherlands, Spain.
Are you surprised that the Philippines Practiced Parliamentary?
Yes! Please see:

According to Mr. Carlos Celdran:
"The 1987 Constitution is the reason why we are poor."
"Corazon Aquino rewrote the Constitution and it was written badly and in a hurry."
"You have to change the Constitution and modernize it to bring the Philippines into the 21st century."
