People Helping People Agency, otherwise known as "PHP Agency" has performed deceptive practices on many members of the public. Affiliates, known as "associates" reach out to members of the public, usually friends and family members, to recruit them into their business under the guise of being able to make lots of money. The unsuspecting recruit is required to pay a large sum of money (around $150) to join. After joining, the recruit is required to recruit others to be able to earn income, which they were not made aware of. Additionally, any refund requests MUST be made within 2 calendar days. The recruiters host a program a day or two later to cause you to miss the deadline. As such, the recruiter is then promoted to a higher position to earn more income. To add to the deception, when you ask for a refund, you are required to wait 5 or more business days to be heard, and your request is considered made after the two business days. Also, you required to download an app after signing an agreement which is subscription-based, and despite numerous attempts to cancel your membership, you are still billed for using the app altogether. PHP Agency and their associates have acted very deceptively and fraudently, and must be investigated or stopped immediately.
