Over the years, we have seen how ignorant adults are as regards mental health education. Some still argue that it doesn't exist and it is just a mind thing.

Imagine if people had knowledge of mental health right from secondary school, it would make a lot of difference.

I am calling on the Federal Government of Nigeria and the Ministry of Education to add basic mental health studies into the curriculum for Secondary Schools in Nigeria
