Update: This is what has been happening that I have not been sharing. I need help with this stuff! JUN 27, 2023 —
Since the last update, I included that I was again being harassed with another eviction attempt which is a pattern you can clearly see when there is investigation activity again.
If you look at my housing issues and look at activity in these stalking by predators and homicide cases they align. They are attacking my housing trying to make me homeless (unavailable) and attacking me financially, along with attempting to reverse blame on me with frivolous litigation and targeting my credibility. It is called witness tampering, witness intimidation, obstruction of justice in capital crimes. They are well aware that what they are doing is criminal.
Interestingly, immediately after the latest frivolous eviction attempt was filed in March, 2023, some man was knocking on my door late in the evening. My daughter and I were scared. We were not expecting anyone and did not open the door. Being victims of excessive stalking and multiple complex tragedies, we do not open the door. Especially at night.
We thought whoever left after a period of time, and needed to walk dogs so I looked out to see if it was safe and a man standing off to the side, handed me a bundle of papers. I went right back in locking and bolting the door. The papers had no cover sheet nor identity of the person or agency that handed them to me. Suspicious. Terrified.
Usually when there is one attempt to retaliate at me there are usually a few. Also, something is generally going on either the twins (suspects) or someone they are related to are in trouble or there is new activity in the homicide investigation and I get targeted with retaliation. I believe because they are watching the investigation knowing they could eventually get charged.
Turns out the bundle of paperwork was more harassment from individuals related to the twins, the Berisfords have related people in Washington State who are harassing me. The twins used to live in Washington State and also have records of violent history there before coming to Florida. This part of the harassment from others related to the twins, has gone on since 2014/15. All has been reported locally, FDLE, to CIA and FBI special agent.
I was shocked to read what was in these papers, they were filing frivolous charges against me, new ones I was never aware of before. More shocking, these papers were dated from 2020 - THREE YEARS AGO. I was completely unaware. Never served, never noticed, complete shock, yet a Judge signed this stuff?
In previous attempts I reached out to Washington State the Sheriff and State Attorney sent me copies of unfounded attempts by these same people attempting to file false allegations and charges against me. I also notified Judges and Court Administration, I am a victim and my family was murdered that there are related Florida cases. Along with filing a Motion to Vacate previous attempts - which the Judge denied hearing. Political favors are being dolled out in this. At that time, I was being heavily harassed and a special agent with the FBI was informed every step of the way. That was 2018/19. Thank goodness I felt at least a bit safer knowing others were watching what was happening to me.
However, apparently they continued their harassment without me even being noticed into 2020, which is what I was handed a copy of by who, no idea, in April, 2023. That is terrifying and as I have said before, when stalking is systemically supported by elected officials that is when it becomes domestic terrorism.
Now, involving two states, it is federal that these people are still targeting me, monitoring me, stalking me and interfering with a witness, terrifying a witness and obstruction of justice. They have caused irreparable harm.
I have worked diligently for 17 years to try to move forward with our lives. They will not leave me alone.They want me to be silent about their crimes. THEY KILLED and severely harmed my family. Silence, is not the remedy and is not happening.That is not an option. What is an option is for our public officials to take action to stop this domestic terrorism being inflicted on our family.
In December, 2022, despite their continued harassment, I graduated with my Master Degree from University of South Florida, Tampa. If it were not for some of my professors that would not have been possible. I have great adoration for these professors that were observant and cared enough to help. I worked hard on my degrees. I am very proud of those accomplishments. Most of all my disability coordinator, who was clear with obtaining accommodations for me due to trauma related issues.
My story of overcoming some of this trauma with pursuing my education is a complete novel itself. Obtaining my education gave me so many tools for coping that I will have to write a book to cover them. I fully intend on doing so in hope to help others entrapped in violent situations such as ours.
So, after clearing the hurdles of continued harassment and eviction attempts, graduating and moving to a place I love, I was so happy. It was short lived. The landlord of the new place refused to complete repairs, it happened to be hot water, we had no hot water from Dec-March. We went to court and the Judge ruled in my favor. Thank Goodness, some hope. Trying to work things out with this landlord has been impossible, he is from Turkey and has a realtor and an attorney who are also being dishonest. To me, I think this should be investigated as a potential crime ring as well. I've tried to work it out they are being especially cruel that is what happened previous times too. That is how I know it is generally related to the investigation tampering with witness and obstruction. I hope to get it settled amicably soon! I'm exhausted. It has been reported to FBI.
With my new M.A. credentials I was so excited to get to work, put my new hard earned skills to work helping others. Yet, I was not getting employed still. Toward the end of my graduate work I was supposed to do an internship, I was denied a permit. I was very upset about this, suspected interference from stalkers or more bad actors, but I do not like to assume so I could not know as I have not 'seen' evidence of that yet. Until mid April, 2023, the truth finally surfaced. These people were sabotaging my attempts to survive from every angle.
For the last two years, since 5/1/21 especially when I was hit in a suspicious accident, I have been put through hell. All reported. continued to fight for my right to stay in college and working to succeed while being completely terrorized.
Yet, I knew, what was working for me is that my goal daily was that I was going to do ONE thing every day to focus on my future so if I could get free from this terrorism, that I would be ready to get on with life. Man am I ever ready! Full stop.
Except, they will not leave me alone. These last papers from Washington State, were full of shocking accusations 100% fabricated accusing me of acting in a felony with firearms. Tears started streaming as I was in literal shock while reading what these people were saying and doing completely behind my back. They were creating a different person, gaining political favors to attack me.
Most of all shock, I am still in shock. How can this happen? I can honestly say I have been in literal shock since receiving a copy of these frivolous papers. There were no details, no report #'s dates, or anything. Just slanderous accusations in an order that a Judge granted them which I was never notified of. This order also stated that information was to be input into a criminal data base. I have never been exposed to crime, in any kind of trouble nor arrested. Other than being exposed to all of this harassment. Even in the order, it states I did not need to be served or noticed, what???? That is not even legal but this is terrifying; completely domestic terrorism. I just want to live my life.
Not only have they attacked my family, injured and murdered and terrorized my children and what we have left of life, they are consuming my life every way possible and elected officials are making that possible. Why???? These accusations are 100% fabricated coming from them and they are claiming they are monitoring me when they are stalking me and likely providing feedback to the killers.
Again, I have informed federal officials. I have tried to get representation but no attorney has accepted my case. I cannot get work, I cannot live and survive and that is their sole intention. Domestic Terrorism.
I had a flash of a moment of hope, so excited for the first time in decades I felt pride of my accomplishments only to be thrown back into terrorism. This was a double impact.
While I suspected they were still doing things, I was determined to get my degrees so I focused on my future not on them, as much as I could. I focused on my work and tried to ignore their harassment. They make that impossible.
It is federally criminal what they are doing and should be investigated as RICO. Maybe it is being investigated and I am not aware. I am praying for relief.
I managed to get a B.A. in Psychology, two minors: Intelligence Studies and Criminology; M.A. in Gerontology. My primary research was the impact of trauma across the lifespan. Thanks to my USF professors and my disability coordinator, they gave me a feeling of community again. Though I was also being harassed at college due to some insiders' harassment which I now know was connected to the investigation. My professors and disability coordinator showed me I still had some community support in that they helped me navigate court issues etc. I will write more on that later.
Unfortunately, right now, I cannot even get employed or live because of these people continuing their malicious hate crimes toward me. I need help with this.
Prior to finding out about the papers from Washington. Due to the Jardin re-trial revealing additional information; I tried reaching out to The Crisis Center, of Tampa Bay, Bay Area Legal, The Spring of Tampa and Hillsborough County Sheriff, again.
Even though I did not want to experience the rejection of these agencies again; I knew it would be additionally traumatizing AGAIN. I tried anyway. I always try.
I started out by explaining that I have been continuously targeted, there was a new trial revealing new information and now that I have graduated I was also seeking employment in this field to help others. I also needed trauma assistance with filing for more protection due to new trial information. I have been in fear and retaliated at since filing an Emergency Motion for Assertion of Victim Rights in June, 2022 in Florida 5th DCA (case 5-22-1235). Retaliation has been heavy again since I filed that motion. Unfortunately, I got exactly what I expected, not what I was hoping and praying for (help). Instead, I got more denial of services. I have never been provided any victim services from any agency all these years.
Shortly after making those calls, I was served with the current eviction attempt and the Washington State papers. More retaliation? I believe yes.
I hoped maybe we (me and agencies) could start on a new journey. Clean slate. Nope. Same denial of victim services. 17 years. Shocking is the only way I can describe it. Traumatizing, terrifying, most of all shock. I cannot think on terms of hate, I am not capable of understanding hatred. Therefore it shocks my system. Every time. I had to develop certain coping skills to navigate that.
I am taking this really hard. I hope an agency steps up soon. I need the help desperately now. I'm exhausted which is exactly what they want. I need a miracle now. Please. Help if you can. Please. I've done everything humanly possible to try to resolve all of this.
Unless the Governor, State Attorney, Sheriffs or feds step up I cannot get anywhere. Come on 17 years??? It is time for this state to act or the feds; PLEASE.

 4/2023**My apologies this petition has not been updated in a while; the cases are still active. The last few years have been especially challenging. This is year 17 of this Florida domestic terrorism toward our family. If you live in Florida you should be aware of these dangerous, twin brothers, predators.They do also travel.

Twin brothers that are serial predators living in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties in Florida. These twins are suspects in the murders and other injuries of my family.

I've spent the last 17 years of my life raising awareness, concerned for public safety because public officials are not. I would not be updating this petition still pleading for help if public officials were concerned for public safety.

Reports were filed immediately regarding the stalking violence of these twins when they started preying on my family in 2006, prior to the murders and since.

There were many other victim reports filed for protection by other women for themselves and their children over several decades- YES decades of violence against women. There was an active protective order against the primary stalker twin when he started preying on my family. ACTIVE protective order from another woman and they would not help me?

These guys are happily living in Florida around everyday people who have no idea who they are. Because officials are not telling you. Several protective orders are granted by many women, and they are still out there free to prey on your families. 

Trust me, I have plenty of life I'd prefer to focus on; yet, I am robbed of liberty and freedom to live life free of harm, because of public official misconduct protecting these dangerous predators. At that, from what I understand they have even been encouraged by bad actor public officials to pursue me. 

You should know who they are. The least I can do morally is tell you who they are. I have done much more than that, filing complaints locally, federally, even to POTUS, for 17 years. I do care about your family. 

I want to leave the original petition text identified as "original petition text" below not to be repetitive or alter the original. I will add some updates here at the top of the petition. The petition is long from so many years of information read it at your leisure, it will be a bit choppy but I will try to figure out how I am going to fix that later. I will put more urgent information here at the top. There will be additional update pieces in the actual "updates" tab below the petition body.

Because predators cyber stalk, our sites often get compromised. There were updates that were 'hacked and removed' because certain persons do not want this information available to the public in Florida or elsewhere.

Information about dangerous predators is being concealed and endangering the public. You have a right to know if your neighbors are serial, dangerous, stalkers, predators or killers. If you live or work around these twins, you and everyone near them are endangered. Although they appear "such nice guys". They have lots of years of manipulative practice being predators and grooming people, as well as covering their tracks - not to mention reversing blame on those they victimize.

These twins, absolutely could not have gotten away with all of this, for this long, without protection of public officials. There is no way. I've not been silent or easy to ignore. The question is why would our public officials protect dangerous serial predators that prey on women, children, older adults, the most vulnerable. Why are they protecting these dangerous men? 

This petition was created for that reason. As a victim, I could not stomach the fact that these serial predators were roaming our state undetected by civilians who could easily turn into prey.

There does not seem to be an age, gender or race limit with these guys. Men, women, children the elderly..have all been victimized by these twins. As a mother, sister, niece to already murdered, injured multiple families, for 5 generations now due to this predatory conduct and official misconduct; I wish this terrorism on no one.

This is undeniable domestic terrorism which Florida agencies and many other public officials are well informed of; yet, have chosen to ignore the dangers to the public despite being informed. I've created multiple social media pages raising awareness that are regularly compromised, why? Shouldn't we be raising awareness if there are dangerous predators? Yes. The answer is yes. 

I have been denied any services, retaliated at and fought every step of the way to try to continue to raise awareness because you matter to me. No one should be blindly subjected to predators that are highly visible and well known. That is what happened to me and my family. It was deadly, and is terrorizing.

Most terrorizing? That public officials are protecting the dangerous predators and attacking me... that is domestic terrorism. This also leaves you vulnerable. I have reported to the FBI, DOJ, CIA, POTUS and local government agencies.

It takes tremendous courage as a single mom to speak up even for one violent event; I've been fighting through multiple complex tragedies - all of which could have been prevented if instead of working so hard to silence me, public officials would listen.

This petition started 10 years into this terrorism realizing state officials were thwarting my efforts in lieu of helping.  With a desperate plea for help as a single mom I headed to social media before it was popular to do so; trying to protect my family. Nothing has changed except 7 more years of terrorism have been added. 

We are now at 17 years since this Florida terrorism against our family started. The only thing that changes in this first paragraph below of the original text, is that the number of years is now 17 instead of 10 when this petition was started. That is right, 17 years of Florida domestic terrorism. 

My name is Kelly Bostick, (Kathleen Kelly Bostick) I am the great-niece of the DePalmas, Patrick and Evelyn, 79 and 84 years old, who were murdered in Hernando County, Florida, October, 2006. These cases started with extreme stalking by a set of twin brothers stalking me in Hillsborough County, Florida; then stalking our family, then double homicide of my Uncle (a Veteran) and his wife, then a wrongful arrest of my son and a suspicious motorcycle accident of my brother. I have been trying to get help in Florida for "17" years.

Here is where I will update a bit. Other people known to the twins started harassing also 2014/2015. I've been targeted with frivolous litigation, false allegations, cyber attacks, lots of effort to damage my credibility as a witness, which is also witness tampering, witness intimidation, in capitol crimes as not only a witness to the twins stalking but a surviving family member of the deceased (next of kin). Not to mention they are lying to the courts, law enforcement, federal officials, etc. Yes, all has been reported, to no avail. An FBI task force agent contacted me a few years ago and I updated him with documentation etc. I've also reported multiple times to the CIA due to the nature of the situation.

After that, again reporting to FBI, FDLE requesting the case be reviewed and reconsidered due to stalking; I was wrongfully taken in to custody when 3 un-uniformed men showed up at my home in multiple vehicles, threatening to kick in my door if I did not open it, claiming they had a warrant. Which I did open the door but they were being aggressive, scared me. They wanted to come in and I said no. I was handcuffed, taken into custody by Hillsborough County Sheriff, February 21, 2019, held a few hours, taken to jail, then released, no explanation. Terrorism.

March, 2021, I wrote quite a brief and forwarded it to President Biden. May, 2021, I was in a car accident hit from behind by a black SUV, I was suspicious. Little did I know, June 2021, the case was re-opened when another man who was previously convicted was granted a new trial by the Florida Middle District. The court ordered he be granted a new trial or released within 180 days. 7 pretrials later and finally a trial spanning from July, 2021 until March, 2022, he was reconvicted, and filed another appeal. During that Hernando County, lower court trial, in March, 2022, an FBI agent testified they had evidence in which the twins could not be excluded. I requested the transcript of the agent's testimony to file for additional protection and could not obtain the transcript.

May, 2022 Jardin, (Robert) filed an appeal in the 5th DCA. 5-22-1235. At that point I filed an Emergency Motion for Assertion of Victim rights in that court recapping the 17 years of hell, requesting victim rights for my family as should have been granted 17 years ago pleading for protection. I was immediately retaliated at in Hillsborough with another eviction attempt, (which is also a pattern to make me homeless) so I cannot stand up to events. I document well when these things happen so my response to the court on that eviction was that this is retaliation due to my filing a motion for victim rights. The eviction action was dismissed. I moved. My motion for victim rights was denied with no explanation. I am again, being retaliated at again in Hillsborough County Court, with another eviction threat. Over and over the same thing. Intimidation, financial harm. Threats, frivolous litigation, using the courts to harm instead of help. This is April, 2023, and I am still trying.

I reached out to a few agencies for assistance explaining trying to again, try to obtain protection; requesting a liason help me with meeting with the Sheriff if that was necessary and was denied or ignored or sent back to the Sheriff with no support.

Mustering up the courage, I called the Hillsborough County Sheriff and let them know I am again concerned about safety, retaliation and stalking escalating with current events. I asked to speak with a detective and was told I could not, I must meet with a deputy or go to the office. I have trauma from my experiences especially the last one, being taken into custody so I am not comfortable meeting with deputies now. There should be an advocate for things like this. No help.

Yet, I was met with more frivolous litigation citing false allegations against me I never knew about before, the following week after calling these agencies for help again; same result, more trauma...exhausting.

Hard to believe at 17 years, I am still treated that way. Not sure why I hope for something different, I am an optimist. I believe this situation is resolvable, with the exception that lives cannot be restored, it is impossible to undo the terrorism we have faced.

It is possible to help us restore what we have left of our lives if the right person or agency decides to take action to right egregious wrongs. I have not seen that yet. So here I am updating. Again. In fear of the same dangerous people and agencies starting from 17 years ago. With no further cooperation from public agencies who I now fear. I explained I want to break through that to try to get to an amicable place but it does not appear that is going to happen yet. I reached out to the FBI again.

My name is Kelly Bostick, (Kathleen Kelly Bostick) I am the great-niece of the DePalmas who were murdered in October, 2006. These cases started with extreme stalking by a set of twin brothers stalking me then our family, then double homicide of my Uncle (a Veteran) and his wife, then a wrongful arrest of my son and a suspicious motorcycle accident of my brother. I have been trying to get help in Florida for 10 years.

State Attorney, Brad King and Assistant State Attorney, Peter Magrino of State Attorney Office jurisdiction, Hernando County, Florida, Hernando County and Hillsborough County, Florida Sheriff Office, Hillsborough County State Attorney Mark Ober, have refused to arrest or prosecute known twin predators since Kathleen Kelly Bostick's original request for prosecution in 2006 , and multiple ongoing requests for assistance and prosecution since continuing today, for stalking and burglaries to her home.

Ten years of terror and requests for protection, prosecution and assistance continually denied, despite:  all their aggression, threats and stalking toward additional DePalma family members, 25 year history of violence against women and children. There are multiple victims in multiple States at least 8 other women besides Kathleen Kelly Bostick that pursued protective orders in multiple courts seeking help from terrifying violence from these men, additionally their children are terrorized/impacted by the violence toward their Mothers.

10 years of stalking and violence toward DePalma/Bostick family, and the Berisfords are the likely killers of the DePalmas. The Berisfords have other criminal activities in multiple Florida Counties and other States including sex crimes, child sex crimes, identity and grand theft in addition to the stalking of Kathleen Kelly Bostick and family. The Berisfords also have ties to Hernando County, having had a protective order and arrest, with another ex wife against them (5 minutes from the murder scene).

Originally this started, in June, 2006, a man started contacting me (Kathleen Kelly Bostick), and that contact quickly led to extreme stalking of my children and I, then my family. This man, Keith Patrick Berisford (Kathleen K Bostick v Keith Patrick Berisford, Hillsborough County, FL), has a twin brother Brien Berisford (6-3-1966) and both have a history of domestic violence and stalking other women in other States with additional injunctions. I have talked to a few of the other women. As a matter of fact, Keith Patrick Berisford was recently divorced in Washington State and his ex wife had a protective order for her and her children. I was unaware at the time the stalking started. As I started doing more research the stalking escalated hard and fast. My Uncle Pat and Aunt Evelyn confronted this man as well as my brother and my son was escorting me places and trying to help keep me/us safe.

By October, 2006, my family (DePalmas) were murdered. This man broke in my home and destroyed evidence while I was attending the funerals, I had to leave to file reports of that (at the time I did not realize it was evidence or they were most likely the murderers). I filed police reports and filed a request for prosecution with Hillsborough County State Attorney in 2006. The State Attorney, Mark Ober, refused to prosecute/or file it.

In 2006, after the murders, I immediately informed Hernando County Sheriff Office, Lead I spoke with was Jeffrey Swartz, I told him of the stalking reports and injunction filed in Hillsborough County and the circumstances surrounding the same and let them know this man, Keith Berisford, had left odd items at my home and I had them if they wanted them as well as photos etc.they told me to hold onto them and they would let me know if they would need them.  

I never heard back from them (Hernando County Sheriff). I followed up a few times as I thought it was strange that they did nothing with the extreme stalking and now double homicides with both Counties involved. I had no experience with criminal investigations. I assumed they were the professionals and would handle the investigation, yet, I was concerned they showed no interest in talking to key witnesses or collecting evidence Keith Berisford left at our home it just seemed so strange.

Initially in 2006, I started contacting Hillsborough County, FL law enforcement for assistance, being a single Mother I was greatly concerned for the safety of my children once I found out he was stalking them at school and their bus stops, he/they/twin brothers were breaking in our home and going everywhere, following us, cyber stalking and calling obsessively. I started calling and initially Hillsborough County Sheriff Deputies would not even file reports, refused to arrest Keith Berisford or Brien no matter what they were doing.

Then I started really fighting with them, this was serious and my instincts of survival and safety for my children were kicking in. Eventually I found unless I fought with the Deputy and insisted on reports nothing would be done, this man would come to my house and knowing I was going to call 911, leave then come back when the Deputy left, apparently watching from somewhere close. He was constantly breaking in my home, leaving notes and odd items, then unlocking all my windows in my home, I guess for a later return. I got to where it was so regular I was used to it, he wanted me to know he was there all the time and everywhere I went.

My neighbors were trying to help watch and protect me. One was terrified one day she saw him come and leave she came to check on me and thought he killed me she called her husband at work because she found a note on my kitchen counter and was afraid to look in the back of the house. He was constantly hacking my computer files, remoting into my computer monitoring my calendars etc. Everything was happening so fast all the time and continuous it took enormous strength to try to keep up and keep my kids safe.

The following are some of the reports I did get a Deputy to do, keep in mind this was a daily issue there are many instances that occured in parking lots of him approaching, all the local restaurants, grocery stores that have no report because they were rapid and he would come and go quickly driving different vehicles, his brother worked at an Infinity/Lexus/Mercedes dealership in Tampa and they were using cars from the dealership to stalk us.

Keith, also took an insurance policy out on my car telling the insuror he lived with me, which he did not. Keith put profiles of me on dating websites and always included a picture of himself, he emailed from my accounts acting as if he were me, he took others identities to act as someone I knew like one of my friends to talk to me online including taking my children's identity.

I filed multiple reports with Match.com, Facebook, Google, Yahoo, LinkedIn (he was acting as a business contact) I also filed with the cyber internet crime offices via FBI. He created ficticious business addresses around me. There were also multiple 911 calls that are not listed here.

Some Hillsborough County Sheriff reports from 2006-680494, 2006-679063, 2006-683380, 2006-693691, 2006-737011, 2006-85781. Injunction 2006-DR-019498 granted in 2006 due to expire in Dec, 2008.

I actually fled my home with my children concerned for our safety for several years. That did not make a difference he/they were still around.

Other reports, 10-439807, 11-23448, 11-116081. I filed for an additional injunction in 2011, 11-DR-011305 because the stalking escalated again. I contacted his wife, yes, he is now married and requested that she ask him to leave me alone and stop stalking, he apparently is telling her it is me and tried to file injunctions against me which I never knew about until recently because they were immediately denied by the Judge. I had to go to the courthouse to get copies to see what they said. It was ridiculous. Suddenly, 5 years in, after I file ANOTHER 3rd time, injunction he is going to claim it is me? 

Two years after the murders, in 2008, Detective Phil Lakin with the Hernando County Sheriff Office called us and told us he needed our assistance, that they were convinced these men were serial killers. I still had all the stalking information, emails, etc. Phil Lakin came to our home in Hillsborough County to get DNA from us and requested that we go to their office in Hernando to help and requested all my children go. We, of course, agreed to assist them thinking that we were finally going to receive help, and agreed we would all go together as a family. In the interim my son was lured there alone and despite my request to Detective Lakin not to interview my son until he had representation while he was on his way there or until I arrived they did and already had him being interrogated by the time I got there and refused to allow me to see my son. The interrogation went on for 18+hours and the other 4 children and I were locked outside of the Sheriff Office all night. Sitting on the ground waiting for my son, which they decided they were going to arrest. They told us he knew more than they thought and that he was there at the scene and that he was drugged. All lies, I was terrified. I fought again to enforce my son's rights, they told me if I stopped him from talking that they would arrest him, I said "Arrest him for what???" They said two counts of first degree murder. I said you cannot do that, it violates his right to counsel/representation, ..guess what they did. Took my son.

The nightmare of stalking and murder was not enough? Now they were taking my children?? They said he confessed I argued. The Detectives were harassing me and telling me that my son was going to rot in hell and never see the light of day and comparing him to Ted Bundy and me to Ted Bundy's Mother telling me "Yes, Ted Bundy's Mother said he was a good boy too.." Terror, pure Terror.

They arrested my son in April, 2008. Just before his High School graduation. He missed all of that as he was never allowed to return to school he was also in the process of talking to recruiters to join the Army which was delayed by 3 years because of his arrest. He currently has a permanent record of being arrested for 2 counts of first degree murder that will haunt him the rest of his life and had nothing to do with this crime.  

My daughter's were terrified at school and bullied that their brother was a murderer. Farthest thing  from the truth. Being in a small town of Lutz, Florida and in the same home for almost 30 years, we were very deeply rooted in the community. Our community was outraged, we wanted to protest and my neighbors terrified, they all knew of the stalking yet, they took my son and never arrested the stalkers?? What?? Our community and all the children at the schools all the friends everyone was terrified.   

So, the stalkers were still stalking, they took my son, our only protector, and my family was murdered. Six months after my son's arrest, 10/3/2008, my brother was in a tragic motorcycle accident, he has traumatic brain injury, permanent. I filed for an extension for the injunction against Keith, that was expiring in December, 08 and missed the hearing due to my brother's tragic motorcycle accident which happened on 10/3/08, he was in a coma seriously injured, which I believe is also linked to this. 

It took me 3 years to get copies of the interrogation video and police reports as the Detectives continued to harass our family, the attorney we hired for my son refused to provide the family with the documentation, pleadings, recordings or dvds and was cooperating with the Sheriff Department and the prosecution and not properly representing my son.

Detective Lakin and Beetz were doing illegal searches in Hillsborough County, without warrants of all my children's friends vehicles and stalking the kids to do interviews with them without parents permission, they were going to houses and searching cars and buildings at night without warrants they even went to our home the day after my son was arrested without a warrant and they were out of their jurisdiction in Hillsborough County from Hernando County. Our community was outraged!

The detectives also went through my children's schools to access my children which is not legal that is how I found out that Detective Lakin previously worked for the Hillsborough County School Board prior to being at the Hernando County Sheriff Office. I requested his employment records from the school board and confirmed my suspicions as also in the interrogation video he asserts to my son "remember in that law studies class at school when I showed you pictures of the crime scene?". He also lied on his application to the school board about previous arrests and an Article 15 apparently, they acknowledged that he did not disclose the information and hired him as security anyway. My heart breaks and I wonder how many other children/juveniles this man may have falsely arrested and had prosecuted??

MSNBC did a documentary on my son's false arrest and it aired in March of 2013. I have been fighting for assistance for 9 years this month. I have exhausted all my financial resources, given up and or lost everything I have ever worked for to fight for safety and survival for my children. I am now homeless.

*2015, Update, I have filed multiple reports and a few more requests for protection and prosecution, in Hillsborough and Hernando Counties. Still dealing with the terror of stalking with no help.

I would like a federal investigation done to investigate the unjust impact of the victimization from both predators and judicial system had on our families and survivors. The killers are still free and the public is being deceived and my families lives were brutally taken. We are in need of protection and the people involved in this have failed the family miserably as well as the residents of Florida by releasing false statements to media.

My children's lives and educations have been severely compromised and put at risk. There is PLENTY of evidence of the actions of men who have stalked our family and we cannot get assistance. Please sign this petition to have these cases investigated for the severe misconduct of the agencies involved and help me. I have not been able to obtain legal representation and no one will touch these cases because of the politics involved. 

The only political thread I have been able to connect to has been that the Sheriff at the time of the murders and my son's arrest, Richard Nugent, got a seat in Congress shortly after. There is another connection I cannot share right now. Documentation has been provided to validate that as well. 

Finally, all of this is not just about us IT IS ABOUT YOU and your families, these people that have harmed our family co-exist with all of your children and our community. This is a problem that impacts so many way beyond just us. There are killers loose, corrupt law enforcement. I realize this is something that has gone on for many years, however, I hope to bring attention to what happened to us so that maybe other lives will be spared from this horror. I live everyday in a live horror film that I cannot get help with. Please share and sign this petition before more lives are taken, please help me save who I can. We already have two dead and many severely physically or emotionally injured.

I am just a Mother, trying to protect her family. I am in continuous fear of my life and the lives of my children. I have evidence of falsified reports, witnesses, videos I just need someone who will listen and give us an opportunity to become survivors in lieu of being victims, can you help? My son, who was wrongfully arrested just returned from his deployment to Afghanistan, serving the U.S. Army and this Country. My children's lives have been plagued with stalking, murder, brain injury, false arrest and police misconduct, can you help us? Please? We will be homeless within a few months. I made it 9 years, this month is the anniversary date, I am exhausted and can no longer do this alone. Please, help my children. Thank you. 

 I have previously contacted Hernando County Sheriff Internal Affairs, written multiple letters and complaints. Also, FBI, FDLE, US MARSHAL, DOJ, OIG, Violence Against Women, previous Florida Governor Charlie Crist, current Florida Governor Rick Scott, Attorney General, Pam Bondi, Senator Bill Nelson, Representative Dennis Ross, of course Representative Richard Nugent is well aware as he was the Sheriff in Hernando County at the time of the murders and my son's false arrest and personally watched all of this. I have also contacted President Barack Obama, ACLU, ACLJ and every domestic violence agency I could.

I also had to go through Department of Revenue because ironically my child support was not enforced either and I wrote Bill Nelson about that. Our church, pastors and friends and families have assisted us as much as they can.

I went from being a successful single Mother to being dependent on food stamps and losing everything I have and cannot even get a job because of all of this. Because of the duration of this going on for 9 years now and the multiple complex tragedies, that contributed to supportive people getting worn down. I think that is intentional politically, they have destroyed my support system and destroyed me financially.

I need some people willing to go the distance for the safety of their families. This is not just about our lives. Trust me, if it happens to you or one of yours, you will be asking why no one stopped these predators earlier, because there is plenty of reason in their history. It is me now, I hope it is not you next, that is why I do what I do. It is vital to raise awareness to shed light on these dangers, how else can we possibly protect our families if we are out there walking around with killers and no idea who they are? This Country has tolerated violence against men, women and children far too long. I know I cannot fix it but I can damn sure tell you about the ones I am personally aware of, and I will as long as it is possible. Will you help me? Right now, I am a one woman team..
