Investigate the 13th Judicial District of Tennessee

Investigate the 13th Judicial District of Tennessee
The Issue
There are far too many missing or deceased people in the 13th Judicial District that have not been afforded the resources that you would expect. Mishandling of investigations or outright cover ups are alleged to happen far too often. If the deceased or missing person has a history of addiction, they are glossed over as, "just a missing/dead addict."
A man's death was ruled a suicide by hanging even though he had no ligature marks or rope burns around his neck and was not hanging when police arrived. Witnesses were not interviewed separately, but all in a group. Evidence was left lying around for the deceased's mother to collect.
A young woman was found stabbed to death & stuffed inside of a box in her home. A suspect was arrested who was involved, but another suspect was allowed to go free even though he was as responsible for the murder & attempted clean up as the other man. He claimed he was held hostage & escaped from a bedroom window, but he had been left unattended in that same bedroom for hours at a time & there was a cellphone in that room that could've been used to get get help for the young woman who was bleeding to death & to rescue him & his small daughter.
Another man was last seen with his wife, she came home but he did not. The wife told authorities he, "ran off into the woods." Just a few short weeks later, the wife is seen in another man's Facebook profile in his arms. The family had to depend upon donations to allow them to bring in outsiders to investigate their missing loved one. Law enforcement told the family that they had requested the help of the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, but when they family reached out to the TBI, they learned that no such request had been made.
A young woman allegedly jumped out of a window in her father's home that was 7' off the ground in the dark, early morning hours wearing only pajama shorts & a sleeveless shirt & ran into the woods barefooted. This story was given to law enforcement by the young woman's father & his girlfriend. A short time later, the father's house burned down with his girlfriend inside.
There are far too many stories like this all over the 13th District for it to be happenstance. We are asking for an outside agency to look at these cases & the many more like it.
We feel that these missing/deceased people deserve for their cases to be worked as thoroughly as any other case.
We feel that with all of these instances happening in a relatively small geographical location, there must be collusion between the different law enforcement agencies and the district attorney's office.
Please help us get outside investigations for our loved ones. But for the Grace of God, you might find yourself making a heartbreaking plea such as this.
Thank you for your time.
