6/20/2020 UPDATE:

1. Video from surveillance cameras located on a nearby building confirm that Malcolm Harsch died by suicide in Victorville, CA, according to his family and news reports.

Five people were recently found dead, hanging from trees in public places in Palmdale and Victorville, CA, Manhattan Park, NY, and Houston, Tx:

• May 31, 2020 - 38-year-old Malcolm Harsch was found hanging from a tree near a homeless encampment in Victorville, CA.
• June 9, 2020 - 27-year-old Dominique Alexander was found hanging from a tree in Manhattan Park, NY. Initial reports did not include the name of the victim and falsely identified Mr. Alexander as a 50 year-old man.
• June 10, 2020 - The body of 24-year-old Robert Fuller was found hanging in a public square in Palmdale, CA.
• June 15, 2020 - An unidentified Latino man was found dead, hanging from a tree in a field near a grocery store in Houston, TX. According to his family, he was in fact suicidal.
• June 16, 2020 - A 17-year-old boy was found hanged to death on elementary school property in Houston, TX. The boy's name has not yet been released to the public. 

The deaths come in the midst of social and racial unrest and while protests continue to rage regarding police brutality and murders, yet local authorities quickly ruled all of these public hangings as "suicide."

Local police departments have been largely apathetic and have done very little to uncover the truth about the suspicious deaths.

Authorities in Palmdale claimed that there were no cameras in the vicinity that would have captured the events that led to the death of Robert Fuller. This assertion was difficult to believe, given the location where the body was found, which was next door to a church, and directly across the street from Palmdale city hall and the local library.

Since protests broke out in Palmdale, CA, journalist, Billy Jensen visited the location where Robert Fuller's body was found. With only a cursory review of the area,  Jensen was able to locate three cameras within 100 yards of the town square where Robert Fuller died. 

The FBI has agreed to assist local authorities in investigating the Palmdale and Victorville cases involving the deaths of Robert Fuller and Malcolm Harsch. However, there has been no mention of the FBI intervening in or providing assistance to authorities in the other suspicious cases.

Due to law enforcement's history and involvement with white supremacist groups, and the fact that white supremacists and Ku Klux Klan members have recently been counter-protesting the Black Lives Matter movement, we ask that the FBI launch a full investigation into all recent hanging deaths, and consider these cases potential hate crimes and acts of domestic terrorism.
