Pfizer currently runs pregnant mare farms on which they keep the pregnant mares in  8' x 3' stalls where they cannot move or even lie down comfortably in order to milk them for their estrogen rich  urine.  This urine is used to produce premarin, a hormone replacement therapy for women. In order to get the most estrogen from the urine, workers deprive the mares of enough water.   This drug is over 40 years old and has several plant based replacements  with less side effects that use no animals which renders this drug obsolete and unnecessary.    It has some of the more dire side effects in women i.e., cancer, heart attack, stroke and dementia.  yet Medicare and insurance companies continue to list Premarin on their tier one for reimbursement.  After the mares give birth, they are sent back to pasture to be impregnated again.  Since Pfizer has no use for the foals, they are sent to mass slaughterhouses where they are either rifle shot numerous times  until the aim is correct and the animal dies or  they can  be hit with a hydraulic bolt gun carrying a 4" steel bolt which renders the foal unconscious but alive or a worker works his way through a locked pen savagely stabbing the baby horses until they are dead.  They are harvested for their meat which is shipped off to Canada and Mexico.  It is estimated there have been one million murdered foals.  This barbaric practice must be stopped!!!.  After Pfizer has made billions on the covid vaccine, do they still need the money made from torturing horses for either their urine or their meat?  Tell the FDA, the insurance companies, Pfizer, Medicare  and congress NO!!!.  This is all done to make an archaic, unnecessary dangerous drug.  I"ve read that Pfizer has moved some of these farms off shore to China to avoid being seen by the public.  All of this must be stopped.  Please sign this petition to have this drug banned and the horses used on this farm hells humanely rescued and sent to pasture.    Sign the petition to have insurance companies and Medicare delist this drug from reimbursement on any tier.  There are too many other drugs that can be used instead.
