The Issue

Dear FBI Director James B Comey, Special Agent Perrye K, Turner of The United States FBI, District Attorney Julie Renker (Brenham, Texas), Travis J. Koehn (District Attorney, Austin County),  Big Horn County Wyoming Prosecuting Attorney Kim Adams, Big Horn County Sheriff Kenneth Blackburn and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, Raymond Hulser (Public Corruption Unit, Department of Justice),

Thank you for the work you do protecting the people and especially the defenseless animals who have minimal laws to protect them.

We greatly appreciate all that you do for our furbie friends and your protection of them.

Kristen Lindsey, a disgraced Veterinarian with allegedly past online claims of wanting to kill animals, and her mother, Becky Lindsey, (who allegedly participated) allegedly tortured/murdered a sweet farm cat with a bow and arrow, causing unimaginable pain and suffering of a defenseless animal whose only crime was existing and being a farm cat.

Here is a link to a Youtube posting video of a cat who lived near Kristen Lindsey named Tiger. From online comments I've read, Tiger lived on the same road and was a known pet. He loved riding a tractor with his family and being very affectionate. You can see him being very affectionate and not aggressive at all. His markings and color seem to match the tortured/murdered animal in Kristen Lindsey's picture.

Then she posted on Facebook a gruesome pictures of the dying/dead/suffering animal while grinning.

Please take swift action and set a legal precedent by charging alleged animal torturer/murderer Kristen Lindsey, Becky Lindsey (and any alleged participants) in the torture/murder with felony animal cruelty.

We demand she and any other participants/suspects in the torture/murder of the orange tabby serve mandatory prison time for her/their vicious hate crimes against a defenseless animal.

Also, her family cheered her on via Facebook and admitted they were there at the murder of a defenseless pet cat via bow and arrow.

I think they should be also be charged with felony animal cruelty.

Her family and anyone who participated on that day in this horrific torture/murder of a family pet should be charged with felony animal cruelty.

Please charge Kirsten Lindsey with felony animal cruelty and any known participants of this horrific crime.

According to news sources*; the FBI has defined animal cruelty "would be considered a crime against society and a “Type A” offense with four categories: simple/gross neglect, intentional abuse and torture, organized abuse (such as dog and cock fighting) and animal sexual abuse"

"Intentionally, knowingly, or recklessly taking an action that mistreats or kills any animal without just cause, such as torturing, tormenting, mutilation, maiming, poisoning, or abandonment. Included are instances of duty to provide care, e.g., shelter, food, water, care if sick or injured; transporting or confining an animal in a manner likely to cause injury or death; causing an animal to fight with another; inflicting excessive or repeated unnecessary pain or suffering, e.g., uses objects to beat or injure an animal. This definition does not include proper maintenance of animals for show or sport; use of animals for food, lawful hunting, fishing or trapping."

Please give this sweet orange male tabby justice.

He had a right to exist and live a happy life being an outdoor cat without fear of torture or murder.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I know in my heart you guys will do the right thing.

Best regards,
Morgain McGovern
