We the families of the Officers working at FCDC wish to state our intent that we will hold the Mayor Linda Gorton,  City Council and Detention Center Administration  civilly and if possible criminally liable for any and alll injury , incapacitation or death that result from stress, fatigue or any other conditions that may arise from Officers having to work multiple 16 hour shifts during their work week and in some cases back to back to back.

Despite efforts by the Fraternal.Order of Police Lodge 83 the facility continues to run short staffed and engages in manipulation and trickery to manipulate staffing numbers to give appearances that the situation is not as dire as in reality it is.

This issue not only endangers the Officers but also those offenders houses at the facility and we demand these issues be addressed factually and fully immediately.
