50% of the people who use the food banks in Canada have a disability.

6.2 million Canadians are falling further and further behind, and many working-aged Canadians with disabilities look forward and support Bill C-22, the Canada Disability Benefit to help address the rising costs of food, groceries, shelter and medical supplies

We want to take the time to congratulate all the MPs at the House of Commons for voting unanimously for the second reading. Thank you for showing your support for the Canada Disability Benefit known as Bill C-22 to move along quickly through its bill-making process by the end of 2022.
