Six months, a gazillion seemingly endless calls and emails to multiple county/state public health departments (and a small fortune in processing fees) and we finally have a fully licensed, registered and permitted market stall in San Ramon Farmers Market.
On the menu will be our delicious sausage rolls made to our own recipe using local Norcal pasture raised pork. We'll also be selling delicious made to order bacon butties from our own bacon (its a sandwich to the non British among us). All washed down with a cup of proper hot tea.
Every week we'll have Bakewells, Yorkshire Tea Cakes, Millionaires Shortbread and Scones with jam and cream as well as a variety of guest items dependent upon whatever happens to inspires us that week. As soon as our Processed Food License finally comes through we'll be expanding our offering to various prepared traditional pies, pasties and specialty items.
San Ramon Farmers Market is held weekly on Saturdays all year at The Lot Shopping Centre, Bishops Ranch, San Ramon. Its a fab destination shopping centre, with lots of fancy shops, restaurants, amenities and entertainment and is a great spot to waste a few fun hours with the family.
