Organiser misses out on ticket due to Website chaos.

My name is Mark Jones. For the last 6 weeks ago, I have been contacting you with my campaign & petition for a fanzone in Cardiff for Wales' EURO games. Fast forward 6 weeks later, and my campaign was a huge success with mutiple tv/radio/newspaper coverage, a 1000 signatures and over 25,000 visitors to Coopers Field. It is with great sadness then, that after my campaign and visit to every fanzone, I missed out on a ticket to the move to the Millenium Stadium for tomorrows match. The very point of the swap was so more people could attend, and yet the very man whose campaign is responsible has missed out, despite a 2 hour queue online.... Is there anyone who can help me?
