Nothing has been confirmed yet as of this date (02/09/22.) This petition is mainly being started in case The Book of Boba Fett is not renewed for another season either because it was only intended to be a miniseries (which was not stated when it was announced) or more likely because of the mixed reception (in my opinion possibly too harsh) from the fans. This is concerning because the series "Andor" has not even had a trailer but already confirmed to get at least 2 seasons. This is not to hate on Andor to be clear, but it is concerning as a fan of The Book of Boba Fett and a lifelong fan of Boba himself. Season one was not perfect, but there is a lot to like or even love there. While there is no pleasing some people, especially people who are passionate (in most cases anyway) about something as special to them as Star Wars, I believe a second season would be the perfect way to get more people back on board.  And I most certainly think the story would suffer ending so soon. Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen both put in fantastic performances and genuinely love these characters. It would be such a waste of not only their talent, but also their passion for them to be shelved. By signing this petition you're saying you want more either because you loved the first season or because you think the show would benefit from improvements made in another season or both of these. Or maybe you just want more Boba Fett like me. I am of the belief that the show has more stories to tell... Boba Fett has more stories to tell. I'm not ready for his book to close. If you agree that Boba Fett isn't ready to hang up the helmet please sign and let the higher ups at Disney know that we want to see more. And please share and get the word out. There are a lot of very negative people who are very vocal, but I have faith that there are more positive people out there than negative.
