We are a community minded business would you agree? The time is now as otherwise the REOPEN GUIDANCE WE HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR ALMOST 1 YEAR WILL NOT BE FORTHCOMING anytime soon.

We need your help to get attention from Gov. Cuomo. NYS allowed 7000 people in a stadium and yet, NO GUIDANCE for Family entertainment businesses like ours.. Did these 7000 stadium visitors ever go to the bathroom or get food or wait in line getting or have any human to human maskless unsocially distanced interactions while at stadium? What data supports this happening and our business forced to remain closed in any capacity or safety measures? Our venue is safe with necessary covid related protocols like other e-businesses who have been reopened.

We have asked for data for 10 months that support the decision not to provide reopen guidance for our Family entertainment category of businesses.(FEC ). NYS stated that gyms, casino, bowling alleys and movie theaters are "Not super spreaders". How does the data support that indoor adventure park qualify as such with the many safety measures as submitted to your office. We have the data we are not super spreaders 

Is NO GUIDANCE for.family entertainment businesses for almost 1 year acceptable to you? 2020 has hurt this category of business. Don't unconstitutionally alIow 2021 to destroy FEC by choosing political posturing and invoke fear that we will be retaliated against if we speak up to get similar treatment for FEC like other businesses enabled to reopen.

We respect the first 3 phases of NYS reopen that you managed effectively. However,, the 4th phase needs focus in reopening guidance for FEC.  Please please please give us reopen guidance so we can employ people in NYS and serve the community safely again like other businesses. 

GOVERNOR CUOMO YOU KEPT OUR BUSINESS CLOSED EVEN WHEN NYS WAS AT 1% POSITIVITY RATE. WE HAVE NO HOPE YOU WILL ACT. Please establish guidance for FEC.  The data supports it.  It is unfair to publish guidance for stadiums, Casinos, Gyms, Bowling alleys, Movie theaters, Malls and other indoor entertainment and sports venues to be opened and not Family entertainment.
