Eddie Bellas started this petition to Families Of All Walks Of Life and

This petition is a cry for justice involving two beautiful babies that were taken wrongfully from their biological mom and father.
Their story began at Long Island Jewish Hospital when the biological mom and dad did not consent to a blood transfusion on their new born after not getting adequate information on the nature of what was going on with their baby. The doctors called Child Protective Services. This is when the roller coaster of events began. Case Manager Veronica Sentine went to court while the mother was in the hospital with her five day old daughter. A remand was placed in effect, which prevented her access to seeing her baby at the hospital. Child Protective Services wanted to access the natural mother and fathers son Shiloh. Eddie Bellas and Nekaybaw McNeal opted out of virtual court and decided to try and settle the matter through paperwork. The biological mother and father did not consent to CPS having any more access to their son, he had nothing to do with it.
Veronica Sentine then proceeded to move their newborn baby Aaliyah from the hospital to the Children’s Center in Manhattan. Nekaybaw McNeal was arrested on October 13, 2020 and was unlawfully incarcerated and placed in Rikers Island for a month and a week and used as leverage for them to take Shiloh unlawfully.
To date both offsprings have been taken from their homes and they are still trying to get their claims heard by the family court of Queens who have not given them any verified claims for their cause of actions.
The family has faced defamation of character and have been persecuted both physically and emotionally in many aspects since this incident which caused them damages.
This is one of the many ways they are seeking a peaceful resolution so feel free to help out by signing this petition. We believe with the help of each man and woman we can make a change and justice will be served.
