Fair Pay, Full Rights: Reform the Entertainment Industry

The Issue

I’ve been pursuing a career in entertainment for over a decade—acting, modeling, and even music. I’ve worked hard, studied my craft, networked, and built experience across every corner of the industry. I’m SAG-AFTRA eligible, published, trained, and still learning every day.

But despite all of this, I’ve seen how the system works, and it’s disheartening. So often, the people who bring the art to life—the actors, models, musicians, and other creative professionals—are the ones who earn the least. Agencies, labels, and management companies take huge percentages, sometimes up to half of what we make, leaving the people creating the work struggling to sustain their careers.

It’s not just about money. It’s about respect, fairness, and ownership. Every entertainer deserves to control their work and be compensated for their labor. It’s time to stop a system that profits from talent while undervaluing the people behind it.

I started this petition to demand fair pay, full ownership, and transparency in the entertainment industry. Together, we can create a system that supports creativity instead of exploiting it.

Sign this petition if you believe that creative professionals deserve to thrive, not just survive.
