One thing I've noticed about biking and bike lanes, people have a lot to say about it once the subject is raised. This is noticeable on Next Door and neighborhood listservs. We are experiencing a radical transformation of traffic in DC without our approval. Silence gives consent. We will not be silent. Regulation of e-bikes will help a lot, and it is something no one can object to.
