Dominic Cummings and his family have been told they don't have to pay back council tax. Not only did he break the law. in going to Barnard Castle during the lockdown, he and his family are now not paying council tax arrears, proving there is one law for him and his ilk whereas we would be thrown in jail if we didn't pay arrears of council tax.
