We hope you are well; last week's serious and alarming air quality conditions should provide even more reasons to ban the nonessential, polluting helicopters! Stop the Chop NY/NJ continues to tirelessly advocate for safe and peaceful skies over the NY metropolitan area. This week, there was also a lengthy NY Times article (see link below) regarding noise pollution’s adverse impacts, but helicopter noise was NOT mentioned!

The NY Times wants your personal experiences with noise. The journalist recommends downloading an easy to use noise app for your smart phones.
