Good evening, The City of Surrey has launched a public consultation process asking for input on the Guildfdord Town Centre and 104 Avenue Corridor Plan. It is also the LAST DAY to submit your surveys to TransLink for their Phase Two Plan. This is your opportunity to tell the City of Surrey that you don't support the Surrey-Newton-Guildford LRT, Surrey's LRT vision, and plans to reduce roadway capacity on 104th Avenue for LRT. There is also a WORKSHOP and an OPEN HOUSE EVENT for the 104 Ave plan; these will take place on May 28 and May 29, respectively. More info in the link. It is absolutely imperative that everyone participate in the surveys and make TransLink and the City of Surrey aware of opposition to LRT!
