Extend Employment Availability Requirement to Boost Opportunities for All

Extend Employment Availability Requirement to Boost Opportunities for All
The Issue
As a concerned citizen, I am deeply troubled by the prevalence of moonlighting and gaslighting practices that hinder employment opportunities for those who are willing and actively seeking jobs. It is disheartening to witness the struggles faced by homeless veterans and citizens who are eager to contribute to society but find themselves unable to secure employment due to these unfair practices or unforeseen challenges of their past.
Moonlighting, where individuals work multiple jobs, often owned by the same person or entity, not only limits job availability but also perpetuates income inequality. This practice allows “which should not” certain individuals, including those with disabilities and retirement benefits, to monopolize employment opportunities while suppressing others from accessing these positions. This unjust system undermines equal access to economic resources and hampers social mobility for countless Americans. This must be changed. National security as well as constitutional protection is the duty of all citizens of America. Expectations are placed and when valued and meet, needs rewarding regardless of past circumstances.
Furthermore, gaslighting within government employment exacerbates this issue. When retired or disabled individuals hold multiple government positions simultaneously, they not only limit job openings but also create an environment where political or religious beliefs can be exploited as tools of oppression. Such actions undermine civil liberties and constitutional rights that guarantee fair treatment and equal opportunities for all citizens.
To address these pressing concerns and foster a more inclusive economy that benefits everyone, we urge policymakers at both federal and business ownership levels to extend the availability requirement for hiring processes. By implementing measures that restrict individuals with disabilities or retirement benefits from working multiple jobs or owning multiple companies simultaneously, we can level the playing field for job seekers across America.
Boosting employment opportunities will have far-reaching positive effects on our society as a whole. It will reduce poverty rates by providing stable income sources for those currently struggling in precarious situations. Additionally, it will enhance economic growth through increased consumer spending power as more people gain access to meaningful employment. When the above the law method of certain position holders of employment becomes an economic issue it is necessary for the criminalization of others to be considered a nationwide problem. Organized criminal activity extends further than just civilian activities but also into the so called delegated employee roles of certain agencies, organizations as well as business owners. It is unfair for one business owner to own multiple businesses or have 3-5 jobs. It creates a monopoly effect allowing sabotage and fraudulent operations to suppress the hiring ability of others less fortunate.
We call upon lawmakers and business leaders alike to consider the following actions:
1. Enact legislation at federal level: Introduce laws that prohibit individuals with disabilities and retirement benefits as well as those not receiving such benefits from working multiple jobs or owning multiple companies simultaneously, ensuring fair distribution of employment opportunities in government and private employment fields.
2. Implement stricter hiring regulations: Enforce policies that prioritize diverse hiring practices, discouraging monopolization of job positions by a single individual or entity. Extend hiring and internship opportunities to all civilians willing to contribute to the economy and growth security for industry and government employment.
3. Increase support for job training programs: Allocate resources to enhance vocational training programs that equip individuals with the necessary skills to enter the workforce successfully.
By taking these steps, we can create a society where everyone has an equal chance at securing employment and contributing to their communities. Let us work together towards a more just and inclusive economy that uplifts all citizens, regardless of their background or circumstances. The only affirmative action americans need are labor rights and employment equality protections.
Sign this petition today to demand an extension of employment availability requirements and put an end to moonlighting and gaslighting practices that hinder opportunities for those in need!
