As a resident living across the street from Rainbow Park in Vancouver, BC, Canada, I have had the privilege of witnessing its transformation and growth over time. The park has become an integral part of our community, providing a place for residents to relax, play and connect with nature. We are grateful for the diligent efforts of the park board in operating and maintaining this beautiful space.

Rainbow Park has not only provided us with recreational amenities but also significantly contributed to increasing property value in our neighbourhood. According to a study by The Trust for Public Land (2019), parks can increase nearby residential property values by up to 20%. This is indeed true for our community around Rainbow Park.

We want to express our sincere appreciation towards the park board's commitment in ensuring that Rainbow Park remains a valuable asset within our community. Their work has allowed us all to enjoy this wonderful green space while also enhancing our quality of life. We have not felt that the park has ever disrupted our peace and feel that the noise attributed to people in the park has not been noticed by surrounding residents.
