To every patriot and veteran who signed this petition:

March 3, 2026, the D.C. machine finally showed its true face.

While the nation’s attention is on our brothers and sisters currently engaged in Operation Epic Fury, Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) stood on the Senate floor and single-handedly blocked the Major Richard Star Act—twice.

He didn’t just block the bill; he blocked a compromise that would have simply allowed a recorded vote. He chose to hide behind procedure because he knows that if this bill reached the floor, it would pass with an overwhelming bipartisan majority.

The $60 Billion Lie Senator Johnson justified his betrayal by claiming the bill costs $70 billion. This is a flat-out lie. The Congressional Budget Office (CBO) has verified the cost at $9.75 billion over 10 years. He is using fake math to balance the budget on the backs of 54,000 combat-injured veterans who are being robbed of their earned retirement every single month.

We Are Done Asking. For years, we’ve played by their rules. We’ve signed petitions, we’ve sent letters, and we’ve watched legacy VSOs give "testimony" while politicians ignore them.

That ends today. We are the Bonus Army 2.0. We are taking the fight out of the D.C. hearing rooms and into the hometowns of the blockers.

The "Wicker Effect" is going National: Remember what we did in Tupelo and Jackson, Mississippi? When Senator Wicker tried to block us, we didn't just send emails—we hit his home offices until his legacy in his own state was dismantled. We are applying that same scorched-earth pressure to Senator Johnson and every member of the Senate Armed Services Committee who thinks they can ignore us from behind a mahogany desk.
