I am officially closing the change.org/54Kveterans petition on March 10th unless we prove this movement has a heartbeat. We are fighting for 54,000 veterans, but right now, the numbers say we’re losing.
If we can’t even hit 5,000 by next week 10MAR26, we don't have the leverage to demand change for the 54,000. I refuse to lead a "quiet" movement. We either go big, or we go home.
What's the plan after 10K Signatures?
Hitting 10K is where this stops being a "petition" and starts being a news story. If I send via certified mail to every Mississippi newsroom with 10,000 verified names, I'm not asking for a favor I'm handing them a headline. No respectable outlet will blink at our current signature count. Give me the needed ammo.
🧮 THE 24-HOUR MATH: HOW WE HIT 10,000
We need 6,567 more signatures to hit our ultimate goal. It sounds like a mountain, but the math is actually simple if you stop watching and start acting:
Current Signers: 3,433
Every single person who has already signed needs to find TWO more people to sign TODAY
The Result: 3,433 x 3 = 10,299 SIGNATURES.
If you spend 60 seconds texting the link to just two people—a friend, a coworker, or a neighbor—and they sign, we hit our 10,000 goal by tomorrow morning.
⚠️ THE MARCH 10th ULTIMATUM
If the needle doesn't move to 5,000 by March 10th, I am hitting the delete button. Period. I refuse to lead a movement that doesn't have a heartbeat. We either go big, or we go home.
