On Feb 18, 3PM Iowa State Capitol Rotunda, VFW National Commander-in-Chief Carol Whitmore your own damn leader, first woman & Iowan in the role keysnotes a rally for the #MajorStarAct, your #1 priority for the 119th Congress. 

Where's the promo? ZERO posts from @VFWHQ @VFW_OfficeDC  @AmericanLegion @DAVHQ @wwp on X about their own Commander speaking at THEIR top bill's rally in HER home state.

You clowns have million dollar comms budgets but can't tweet a simple "Join our National Commander tomorrow to demand Congress pass the Star Act"? Newsletters? Website buried links? That's not advocacy that's coasting.This is the final straw. 

VSOs: Access over results. Politeness over pressure. Dues over delivery.

Show receipts on what lobbying $$ buys (not this stall)

Actually promote high-impact events like Feb 18th rally.

VFW's own site & recent X posts push Star Act alerts (Feb 6/13), but NOTHING on Whitmore keynoting tomorrow in Des Moines. Grassroots & Rep. Ken Croken are hyping it where's the million member machine? 

This isn't new. 5+ years of 'send email to your rep' templates. Cookie-cutter replies. No national TV calling out Wicker's $9-10B excuse or Keast's revolving door to RTX lobbying. Yet Whitmore herself said in Aug 2025: 'The Major Richard Star Act MUST pass this year.' Actions? Crickets on her own event.
