Expose the Injustice of Wrongful Termination by The KRE Group

The Issue

This Story is a personal testament to corporate injustice. She found herself a victim of wrongful termination by the KRE Group. HR and Her boss claimed that she was terminated due to false allegations of gossiping about a Property Manager and provoking violence with another employee. This is a complete misrepresentation of her actions.

They made claims that she had threatened an employee in a fit of frustration, stating, "If he doesn’t come fix my stuff I’m going to punch him in the face! What is KRE paying him for?" These accusations are false, taken out of context, and serve only to tarnish her reputation, while offering a convenient excuse for her termination.

I am telling her story, not just for my sake but to shed light onto the practices of companies like The KRE Group, who manipulate situations and twist employee’s words to fit their own narrative. This is more common than it should be; in fact, the U.S Department of Labor documented over 21,000 cases of wrongful termination and retaliation complaints in 2018 alone.

I urge you to consider her story and take her call for justice seriously. With your signature, we can stand up against wrongful terminations and hold companies like the KRE Group accountable for their actions. Your support can make a difference not only in her case, but also set a standard for employee rights and corporate responsibility. Please, sign this petition, and help rectify the injustice served.
