Petition updateExpose Cross-Border Abuse & Institutional NegligenceURGENT UPDATE: The Trap Exposed—Demand a Ban on Cadila Pharmaceuticals and Immediate Relocation

Justice delayed is justice denied. While a police FIR has finally been registered in Bangalore regarding recent abuse, the core of this cross-border conspiracy remains untouched by the law. For nearly two years, the authorities in Gujarat have refused to file an FIR against Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited for the fraudulent job offer used to lure a breast cancer survivor from the UK to India for the sole purpose of exploitation, torture, and control.
The Fraudulent "Verified" Trap
In September 2024, the survivor was coerced into leaving the UK for a "verified" position at Cadila Pharmaceuticals in Ahmedabad. Despite verification from top authorities, the job was a front for sophisticated slavery. From the moment she arrived, she was subjected to sexual harassment, financial exploitation and indecent advances by her manager, S###$*. She moved to Karnataka after inaction and struggles in August 2025.

This is a critical update for everyone standing with this survivor. While a police FIR has finally been filed in Bangalore regarding her ongoing abuse and recent incident, the core of the cross-border entrapment remains unaddressed. There is still no FIR for the fraudulent job offer from Cadila Pharmaceuticals Bhat in Ahmedabad—the very trap used to lure her from the UK to India for the purpose of exploitation, torture, and control.
The situation has reached a breaking point. Her communication channels are being systematically blocked, altered, and diverted to prevent her from accessing help or receiving critical updates. This is not just corporate negligence; it is a sophisticated slavery operation designed to silence a breast cancer survivor who is already battling for basic survival needs and the psychological aftermath of systemic neglect.
We demand a TOTAL BAN on Cadila Pharmaceuticals. Institutions must stop funding and supporting "cons" who use corporate identities to issue fake offers and lure vulnerable women into dangerous traps. It is unconscionable that a global pharmaceutical company can be linked to such depravity without accountability.
Action Taken:
A 7-day email notice has been issued to the Gujarat Police following their refusal to file an FIR despite 7-8 months of submitted evidence.
We are now publicly releasing relevant documents to expose the truth and prevent further institutional tampering after 7 days on 28th March 2026.
Demand for Immediate Relief Funding: We are tagging the following organisations to demand immediate funding for emergency relief and relocation to a safer international location where she can finally receive the ethical care and employment opportunity she has been denied for years:
@UN_SP_ViolenceAgainstWomen @UN_SP_Health @UN_SP_Trafficking @OHCHR @NHRC_India @NCWIndia @MigrantHelp @UnseenUK @MEAIndia
She has been deliberately financially stripped and left in a life-threatening crisis. The institutional silence ends now.
Expose the truth. Ban the perpetrators. Save the survivor.
