Despite clear indicators of serious concern, authorities have refused to log police reports or act promptly. The National Commission for Women (NCW) has not fulfilled its responsibilities: filings on 22/03/2025 (Receipt No: 2014111640293) and 31/01/26 regarding spousal claimant information remain unaddressed. Authorities have also refused to log reports using correct names, which has perpetuated confusion, protected certain parties, and suppressed the truth.

My experience highlights the contrast between public claims of women’s justice, empowerment, and protection, and the harsh reality of being left in a vulnerable and distressing position. Transparency, accountability, and independent review are essential to ensure that justice reaches those who need it most.
