EXIGEZ DES SANCTIONS INTERNATIONALES CONTRE KAGAME / RDF-M23 DES MAINTENANT!

Mesdames et Messieurs amis de la paix et défenseurs de la vie, voici qu'un massacre indicible vient d'être perpétré sous nos yeux dans le camp de déplacés de Mugunga près de Goma à l'est de la RD CONGO. Vous pourriez probablement penser qu'une telle barbarie est une première au pays de Patrice Lumumba, alors que déjà fin novembre 2022 étaient massacrés, en quelques heures, pas moins de 350 personnes à Kishishe dans les mêmes environs. Qui, dans ce monde hyper branché  où plus rien ne peut être caché, ose perpétrer et récidiver de telles ignominies? Ce sont les RDF-M23 du dictateur rwandais Paul Kagame. Celui-ci sème la mort et la désolation en RD CONGO depuis bientôt 30 ans en toute impunité avec comme mobile le pillage des richesses dont regorge l'est de la RD CONGO. 

Et maintenant qu'il monte d'un cran dans l'atteinte à l'humanité, pouvons-nous rester dans l'indifférence et l'expectative ? NON. Nous, Mouvement Rwandais pour la République et la Démocratie, forum de partis, associations et patriotes rwandais, prenons l'initiative de vous convier à la présente pétition en vue d'amener les hautes autorités de la Cour Pénale Internationale à lancer les poursuites contre les sommités civiles et militaires des RDF-M23 et, en particulier, contre le dictateur sanguinaire Paul Kagame. 

En vertu de ce qui précède, nous vous invitons à signer la présente pétition et à inviter vos parents, amis, connaissances et réseaux, a faire de meme et distribuer massivement. Car trop c'est trop, il est temps de nous lever comme un seul homme pour défendre l'humanité. Une fois massivement signée, la présente pétition accompagnée de preuves documentées de violations sus-énoncées, sera transmises au bureau du Procureur de la Cour Pénale Internationale (CPI) et à la Commission Internationale d’établissement des Faits.

Ladies and gentlemen, friends of peace and defenders of life, an unspeakable massacre has just been perpetrated before our eyes in the displacement camp of Mugunga near Goma in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC). You will probably think that such barbarity is a first in the country of Patrice Lumumba, while already at the end of November 2022, no less than 350 were massacred in Kishishe in the same surroundings, within just a few hours. Who, in this hyper-connected world where nothing can be hidden, dares to perpetrate and repeat such ignominies? These are the RDF-M23 of Rwandan dictator Paul Kagame who has been sowing death and desolation in the DRC for almost 30 years enjoying complete impunity with the motive of plundering the wealth that abounds in the east of the DRC.

And now that he is moving up a notch in the attack on humanity, can we remain indifference and expectant? NO! We, the Rwandan Movement for the Republic and Democracy (MRD), a forum of parties, associations and Rwandan patriots, take the initiative of inviting you to this petition with a view to leading the high authorities of the International Criminal Court to launch proceedings against the civil and military luminaries of the RDF-M23 and, in particular, against the bloodthirsty dictator Paul Kagame. In accordance with the above, we invite you to sign this petition and invite your parents, friends, acquaintances and networks to distribute it massively. Because enough is enough, it is time to stand up as one man to defend humanity. Once massively signed, this petition accompanied by documented evidence of the above-mentioned violations, will be forwarded to the Office of the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC) and to the International Fact-Finding Commission.

Bategarugori namwe bagabo bakunda amahoro no kurengera ubuzima, dore ubwicanyi ndengakamere bumaze gukorerwa mu maso yacu bubereye mu nkambi y'abavandimwe bavanywe mu byabo n'intambara baba i MUGUNGA hafi y'umujyi wa Goma, ho mu Burasirazuba bwa Repubulika Iharanira Demokrasi ya Kongo. Mushobora kwibwira ko iki gikorwa cya kinyamaswa ari icya mbere kibaye muri iki gihugu cya Patrice Lumumba, nyamara mu mpera z'Ugushyingo 2022 hishwe mu gihe gito cyane abantu bakabakaba 350 ahitwa KISHISHE naho ho muri ibyo bice twavuze.
