Effective July 1st Veterans with a total service-connected disability can receive free services for up to two vehicles, including autos, pickups, RVs, and motorcycles. To receive this benefit, veterans must provide a certified copy of their discharge or a military retiree ID card, veteran ID card, or veteran health ID card. Personalized plates and specialty plate contributions are not included in the exemption.
