Hello Judge,
 My name is Lanya Marshall and I am writing this letter because I was in Columbia for school. I was living at campus lodge because it was a cheap living space or was cheap. My rent was 429 and not including utilities. When I first moved out there it was good I payed my rent on time then when I had officially started my hospital job 10/05 I had got a back injury. So they put me on light duty but sometimes I could barely get out the bed, walk, or even do my daily activities. I was still able to pay my rent but it was higher than normal and I kept coming to Kansas City to see my family so I was barely there but my rent kept going to 600. I kept asking the property manager why if my rent was only 429. From October-December I was there but not as much because I was visiting my family. December I was wrongfully fired and I told the property manager I could try to get the 500 that I always pay and not the 600 something then the property manager assistant kept threatening me. I was trying my best to do everything school, dill with work comp, work, and living life because the work place lied about how much they were going to pay me.
