I chose this topic because this is a problem that many gamers have in the world, especially Xbox gamers. The problem these Xbox gamers have is getting suspended or banned from Xbox Live for no reason. These gamers are trying their best to enjoy the Xbox 360 and the Xbox One they rightfully own or earned. These gamers would be enjoying their weekend and then out of nowhere, they get a message from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team saying that they got suspended or banned from Xbox Live temporarily or permanently. That may be no big deal, but what the gamer knows is that he/she didn't do anything that's against the policies of Xbox Live. When the Xbox Enforcement Team sends you the message, they don't tell you what they did, instead, they ban you without reasoning, nor does the whole team investigate the reason why people reported you. The Xbox Enforcement Team shouldn't be banning you because, (1), you paid for the Xbox console and paid for the Xbox Live that came with it and (2), you didn't do anything that is against the policy. My personal experience with this nonsense happened to me 5 times already, but the problem for me is that I rarely talk to any strangers on Xbox Live and talk to mostly my friends. Why would I get banned 5 times for doing nothing wrong? The answer is, FALSE REPORTERS. Yes, there are people who try to ban you and report you from Xbox Live just because they are mad at you for being good or bad at a game. I find this bad because the Xbox Enforcement Team won't listen to you if you call them or communicate with them. Another thing I noticed about them is that they are rude to you if you get suspended or banned and you communicate with them. People previously made YouTube videos saying that they got banned from Xbox Live for no reason and they prove it. Those people who made YouTube videos about this topic try to get the Xbox Live Enforcement Team to listen to them and help them out but the Xbox Live Enforcement Team won't listen. For me, I gave Microsoft and the Xbox Live Enforcement Team 3 chances to listen to us and they didn't. We need to make the Xbox Live Enforcement Team notice us, listen to us, and even fix them. If we can't fix them, we should get rid of the Xbox Live Enforcement Team permanently.
