Cancel the 2019 Canberra NYE fireworks and donate the money to the bushfire appeal.

There are over 100 wildfires in the region right now with the Palerang and Currowan fires burning over 110,000 hectares and both within 2 hours from our border. About 1,000 homes have been destroyed or damaged in NSW alone. 

The funding allocated for the 2019 NYE fireworks in Canberra should be spent helping our fellow Aussies in their time of need.
