The European Broadcasting Union  cannot allow any non European countries to enter Eurovision.  

ISRAEL IS NOT AN EUROPEAN COUNTRY.  

Also if Russia was not allowed on the back of being an aggressor, Israel has to have the same rule imposed against it.
