Nosotros, la gente de Colombia

Respetuosamente, le pedimos a la Unión Europea, al Departamento de Estado de Los Estados Unidos de América y a la OHCHR (Human Rights and Counter-Terrorism) declarar a los civiles armados (paramilitares) de Colombia envueltos en los acontecimientos de lo últimos 60 días como un grupo Terrorista  Internacional.

Desde el pasado 28 de abril del aÑo en curso y a raíz del paro por la reforma tributaria en todo el país los civiles colombianos nos hemos visto atacados con armas exclusivas de las fuerzas militares de Colombia, en las calles de nuestras ciudades.

Nosotros los civiles Colombianos somos una población vulnerable y desarmada a la cual están capturando, allanado ilegalmente, amenazando, torturando, desapareciendo, asesinando y descuartizando sin que el gobierno de Iván Duque haga absolutamente nada.

Las cifras oficiales del Gobierno no corresponden a lo documentado por nosotros los Colombianos a través de los medios sociales como Facebook, Twitter e Instagram quienes han sido nuestro apoyo para mostrarle al mundo la verdadera situación en la que nos encontramos.

Nosotros los Civiles Colombianos individualmente pero también a través de Organizaciones de DDHH y medios de comunicación alternativos estamos en la disposición de proveer material como videos y fotos SIN EDICION como prueba de los que exponemos en esta petición.

Estamos siendo victimas de Genocidio ya que el grupo el cual ha sido considerado como objetivo paramilitar para “limpiar”, “fumigar” (como le dice ellos) son jóvenes que oscilan entre los 16 y 28 años.

Las últimas semanas hemos recibido los cuerpos de nuestros hijos, sobrinos y nietos (16-24 años) severamente torturados, violados, quemados con acido o pereciendo en incendios (creemos que vivos) y descuartizados.

Las familias que han logrado recuperar a sus familiares son amenazadas e intimidadas para que no hablen y no denuncien.

Los mecanismos logísticos con los que cuentan solo pueden ser financiados con dineros que provengan de negocios que hay que investigar pero también con el visto bueno del gobierno Colombiano en cabeza de Iván Duque ya que frente a la fuerza publica somos atacados sin que hayan nadie que nos defienda.

Los civiles Paramilitares son además, grupos organizados de limpieza social, fuertemente armados y están sembrando el terror y la intimidación entre todos nosotros una población CIVIL DESARMADA.

Investigacion de la fuente de sus dineros en la compra de armas se hace necesario Follow the money

Por favor ayúdenos a sacarlos de la legalidad con la que operan y la impunidad con la que nos matan, declarándolos oficialmente lo que son: Un Grupo extranjero internacional Narco-Terrorista

We, the People of Colombia,

Respectfully ask the European Union and the State Department of the United States of America to declare the armed civilians (paramilitaries) of Colombia involved in the events of the last 60 days as an International Terrorist group.

Since last April 28th of the current year and as a result of the strike due to the tax reform throughout the country, Colombian civilians have been attacked by these civilians paramilitaries in the streets of our cities with weapons exclusively to the Colombian Military Forces

We, the Colombian people are a vulnerable and unarmed population who are being captured, illegally raided, threatened, tortured, disappeared, assassinated, and dismembered without the government of Iván Duque doing anything at all to protect us.

The official numbers from   the Government do not correspond to what is documented by us Colombians through social media such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram who have been our support to show the world the true situation in which we find ourselves.

We, the Colombian Civilians individually  but also through Human Rights Organizations and alternative media, are willing to provide material such as videos and photos WITHOUT EDITION as proof of those that we expose in this petition is true.

We are being victims of Genocide since the group which has been considered a paramilitary objective to "clean", "fumigate" (as they say) are young people who range between 16 and 28 years.

In the last weeks we have received the bodies of our children, nephews and grandchildren (16-24 years old) severely tortured, raped, burned with acid or perishing in fires (we believe that they are alive) and dismembered.

The families that have managed to recover their relatives are threatened and intimidated so that they do not speak and do not report.

The logistical mechanisms they have can only be financed with money that comes from businesses that should be investigate but also with the approval of the Colombian government in the head of Iván Duque since in front of the public force we are attacked without having no one to defend us.

The source of the money used to buy or obtain the arms and guns is a must. "Follow the Money"

Paramilitary civilians are also organized groups of social cleansing, heavily armed and are sowing terror and intimidation among all of us, a DISARMED CIVILIAN population.

 

Please help us get them out of the legality with which they operate and the impunity with which they kill us, officially declaring them what they are: A foreign Narco-Terrorist Group
