Since 2019, my friends and I have been passionate players of Roblox, immersed in its ever-expanding world. Despite our years of dedication and considerable financial investment in the game, we have been facing a significant challenge due to the lack of local servers in South Africa. This absence leads to increased latency and diminished gaming experiences, which can be frustrating for players who have been loyal for so long.

It is disheartening to see other games like Valorant and Rocket League acknowledging the African gaming community by implementing local servers, while Roblox users in  Africa remain neglected. By introducing regional servers in South Africa, Roblox could ensure smoother gameplay, foster a more inclusive gaming environment, and significantly enhance user satisfaction for countless players across the region.

Statistics show that the gaming industry is flourishing in Africa, with millions of players actively engaging in various platforms. By setting up servers in South Africa, Roblox would be acknowledging a significant and passionate player base that deserves the same quality gaming experience as others around the globe. It's time for Roblox to recognize the potential of its dedicated African community and take action to bridge this gap.
