For many years, the residents of Iver Heath have been under the jurisdiction of the Ivers Parish Council, which unfortunately seems to have an overriding focus on Iver itself. Our community in Iver Heath is large and unique, filled with thriving local businesses, medical centres, restaurants, and amenities. Yet, despite these distinct characteristics and needs, we remain tied to a parish council that tries to make us conform to their "Iver centric" agenda. We want to work with Iver Parish Council, not for.  

Iver Heath is the largest village in the current Ivers Parish Council. Iver Heath is home to 5,157 people in an area of  2.844 km² [2021 Census] which is larger than Iver (3,265 Population in a 1.268 km² according to the same census). The largest companies in Iver Heath (according to a Buckinghamshire Business First study in 2014) include: Pinewood Shepperton Plc; Octaga Security Services Limited; Technicolour Creative Services; Iver Flowerland Ltd and Film London. The same study showed that there are 178 businesses located in Iver Heath employing 2,300 people.

We are now calling for the establishment of an independent Iver Heath Parish Council. Creating a separate council will allow us to properly address the very real issues concerning our community, champion our unique attributes, and foster a greater sense of unity and identity amongst our citizens. Let us liberate ourselves and take our community's future into our own hands. We urge all residents of Iver Heath who feel the same to join us in our peaceful yet firm demand for change. This is our home, and it's about time we had our own local governing body that cares and caters to our needs. Every signature brings us one step closer to our goal.
