I want to build public trust towards law enforcemen,by ordering The governor to work with local governments to create an police integrity task force. 

This important to me, because I am a taxpayer, a California native and i love my home, therefore, I am very concerned about the state of fairs, because we have movements around the nation trying to defund the police, attempts to shame and disgrace our officers who put their lives on the line daily,by using 

 fakes news and other disgraceful tactics, for those reasons it can be difficult for the average person to tell the good cops from the bad cops, and that's why their are gangs of men roaming our streets selling drugs looking for women to sexually harass,violent vagrants scaring our residents and human sex trafficking,while victims are afraid to use emergency services due to hearing negative stories involving law enforcement. Eventhough most cops are good and honest hardworking people who want to help and have never used their service weapon before.

These issues arent being addressed to rampant corruption and mismanagement of resources. 

We need our police and they need our trust and cooperation, 

therefore the objective of this petition is to help law enforcement build trust with local communities so they can work more efficiently to fight crime address these issues by rewarding integrity and recognizing and dealing with corruption immediately. 

 

[The Duties of this Integrity Task Force (I.T.F)]

 

 

will be to assist law enforcement with developing and maintaining and working relationship public by acting as liaison ,recognize the achievements of exemplary office's by auditing police encounter encounters recommending them promotions,bonuses,raises and other appropriate benefits and to increase efficiency by holding bad actors accountable,all agents will have a duty to intervene.

 

The Training of this Integrity Task Force (I.T.F)]

 

The agents will be required to take 

Several units of

Sociology, Psycholog

And complete Ca post training from an accredited source.

 

[The authority/powers of this Integrity Task Force (I.T.F)]

Their be 

Field agents

Desk agents

Undercover agents and 

Superior agents, each agent will have similar but distinct powers,training and duties.

The Desk Agent will have the ability locate on duty officers using gps,and the ability to review body cameras and relevant documentation to highlight examples of superior police work.

 

The Field agent will patrol, observe and report all police activitie that occur in their presence.

 

All agent will be issues official badges, will be allowed to be armed with firearms,less lethal weapons and similar police tools.After getting approval from a superior the agent will have the authority to

detain officers,negate their authority and reverse wrongfully reverse arrests.

[The funding of this Integrity Task Force (I.T.F)]

They will be paid by the local police departments and the governor 

They will report to and be under the control of I.A.D, the governor, and local citizens review boards.

Recent studies show that increased oversight can reduce incidents of police misconduct by up to 25% (source: National Institute of Justice). This task force would ensure accountability and transparency within our police departments, fostering a safer community for everyone by reducing the number of negative police enucounters and resulting lawsuits, thus reducing police operating costs,and increasing efficiency by developing public trust and cooperation.
