As residents, Pine Tree Trail Condos have been our homes for decades. We've lived here for 30, 20, even 10 years, and these are not just houses; they're the spaces we've created life-long memories in. Nestled next to a park and an airport, our condo community is unique and we deserve the best. However, we believe our Homeowners Association (HOA) Board currently fails to uphold our community's values and needs.

We are advocating for the removal of the four current HOA Board Members and propose five dedicated homeowners ready to undertake these positions. A revamped board will collaborate with our local mayor to manage water bills and pipe maintenance – a critical issue for communal living spaces. They promise fiscal responsibility, vowing not to spend homeowners' profits inappropriately.

Additionally, raising funds through community parades, festivals, and various events - not increasing homeowners' fees - will be a priority. These funds will be used for maintaining our clubhouse, the pool, roads, and back fields.

The new board is also committed to implementing reasonable housing regulations, not just random violations that have been a persistent issue under the current board. They will ensure that Pine Tree Trail Condos remains a harmonic and welcoming community.
