I am petitioning so that UC Berkeley would create a Men's NCAA Volleyball team. It is really regrettable for a high-ranked institution with a proud athletic background and history to miss out on an NCAA men's volleyball program as they already have a sucessful women's team.

This absence prevents many prospective student-athletes from fulfilling their dreams to play NCAA Men's Volleyball at UC Berkeley. It also puts it at a disadvantage compared to more than 45 other colleges in the U.S., including rivals like UCLA and Stanford, who have this program. With a men's volleyball team, it would further add to the reputation of UC Berkeley as an athletic powerhouse.

I, along with many others, am calling on UC Berkeley to form an NCAA men's volleyball team so that talented and committed athletes have an opportunity and platform to represent the school. Kindly sign and help bring Men's NCAA Volleyball to UC Berkeley.
